1 General Provisions

These Terms apply between 7bet7 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). 7bet7 is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are written in English and this version shall be considered the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the English version shall prevail.

By using 7bet7's services you are agreeing to these Terms voluntarily, knowingly, and in accordance with applicable rules. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on 7bet7 you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age at any time.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name (as shown on your national ID card or passport)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address (if applicable)
• Date of birth

Providing false or incorrect information will result in immediate account closure, and any pending deposits or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or IP address, will be considered a violation of these rules and all related accounts will be closed.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (password, PIN, etc.) completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 7bet7 support team immediately. Responsibility for all activity on an account — including access by third parties — rests with the account holder unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

No 7bet7 employee or representative will ever ask for your password or full payment details. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7bet7 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Financial transactions can only be made using these four methods.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The following limits apply to each transaction:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. In some cases the timeframe may vary due to the verification process, high traffic, or other technical reasons.

7bet7 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for additional verification at its own discretion. If fraud is suspected, withdrawal requests may be cancelled until the account investigation is complete.

4.4 Payment Account Ownership

The mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the 7bet7 account holder. Funds transacted using a third party's account may be forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is always calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• The bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• Specific restrictions may apply to certain games or markets — these will be stated in the promotion's detailed description.
• 7bet7 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If abuse of the bonus system or fraud is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

7bet7's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates vary by tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Your activity and engagement are taken into account when determining eligibility for a higher tier.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only when the system successfully confirms it and provides the user with a reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to network issues or device errors will be considered void.

6.2 Results & Disputes

Game results and sports event outcomes displayed on the 7bet7 platform are considered final. If you have an objection regarding any result, it must be submitted in writing to the support team within 72 hours.

6.3 Technical Errors

7bet7 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on the basis of incorrect odds or incorrect results displayed due to a software or server error, and the original stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
• Fraudulently exploiting bonuses or promotional offers
• Colluding with other players when placing bets
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to cyber-attack or hack 7bet7's systems
• Harassing or defrauding other users through the platform

8 Responsible Gaming

7bet7 places the highest importance on responsible gambling. We believe entertainment should always be safe and in control.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Our Rights

7bet7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason without prior notice, particularly if:

• Evidence of rule violations or fraud is found;
• False information is found during identity verification;
• Money laundering or illegal activity is suspected;
• Age-related rules are violated.

9.2 Closure at User Request

You may close your account at any time. In that case you may withdraw any valid balance (where wagering requirements have been met). A closure request must be submitted to the support team in writing.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

7bet7 uses SSL encryption technology to keep users' personal and financial information secure. We do not sell your information to third parties.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7bet7 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected under our intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Game software and content is the property of third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft, and their own terms and conditions apply.

12 Limitation of Liability

7bet7 will not be liable for:

• Loss or missed bets caused by internet disconnection;
• Errors in third-party software or servers;
• Issues with the user's own device;
• Any financial loss arising from the provision of incorrect information;
• Issues resulting from activities outside the approved services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7bet7's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount you deposited in connection with the specific incident in question.

13 Changes to Terms

7bet7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will publish a notice on the platform before changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your agreement to the updated Terms.
